Fair amount of restructuring in the past year has hurt the reputation but the transition to enterprise focus was the right one and now people are properly spaced and pipelines are filling up. Hopefully they can fix the comp plan too because it's causing some friction and turnover. In general I enjoy my job but am looking forward to the new CRO to bring in some needed changes.
