Former Employee Fully remote role is amazing. There are people there who are very smart and great to work with. Other than those two, it is a sinking ship and I don’t recommend it to any level of seller. Company is not hitting their numbers, managers will micromanage you and want full autonomy of your deals, all the leadership came from Qualtrics and has completely changed the culture, but haven't changed anything to make us being more competitive and win more deals against Qualtrics. Product innovation is lagging and Qualtrics and other startups are way ahead of us. Sad to see such an iconic company failing. If you want professional sales training, a place to grow in your career, a product that is cutting edge and differentiated, a strong culture, then I advise you to look elsewhere.
