My overall experience was very positive. While I worked under several managers and there were some changes at the executive VP level, the company maintained a strong culture throughout. The people were fantastic, always supportive and willing to help. The products consistently rank at the top of Forrester and Gartner reports for a reason. It was truly rewarding to represent SaaS-based software that delivers real, positive business outcomes.

Very few sellers hit quota last year 2023. Unclear objectives set by new leadership, product is slow to innovate, losing a lot of deals to main competitor due to pricing structure and exec relationships, comp package doesn't incentive you at all. I believe things went down hill after PE purchased us
