Current Employee Lots of executive turnover and mixed direction. Leadership says we’re the best, but it’s hard to see when most reps aren’t hitting quota and deals are barely moving. Outbound opportunity creation is almost nonexistent, and the only real pipeline is from existing customers or the occasional inbound. There’s no fair process for distributing inbound leads, and getting deals done feels like pulling teeth. The sales org is misaligned with market reality and reps are paying the price.
