The people at Medallia are the main reason you see such tenured employees. Everyone is amazing to work with. But cost of implementation and Services is often so high that it kills deals. In several cases services has cost more than software. As an AE that only gets paid on Software this is very frustrating. More and more today companies are looking for self service capabilities with a friendly user experience. Medallia seems to be moving in the opposite direction of that while our competitors are embracing it.

Great experience at Medallia especially before we were public. When we went public the culture wasn’t quite as good. After Thoma Bravo acquired Medallia, things went downhill as a company. My manager was amazing and the people were good but many short sighted decisions were made and it’s damaged the culture and Medallia’s ability to grow.
