Great experience at Medallia especially before we were public. When we went public the culture wasn’t quite as good. After Thoma Bravo acquired Medallia, things went downhill as a company. My manager was amazing and the people were good but many short sighted decisions were made and it’s damaged the culture and Medallia’s ability to grow.

Great overall company but my onboarding experience has been terrible! The training they do have is irrelevant to a sales role and they can't seem to retain any sales operations staff.

Merit increases are murky at best. Company looks externally for hiring needs and pays those individuals market price.
