They build up a mid market Team, just to let them go after 10 Months. Things where running well and with 12 Months Sales Cycle I dont really know how this made any kind of sense.

Very few sellers hit quota last year 2023. Unclear objectives set by new leadership, product is slow to innovate, losing a lot of deals to main competitor due to pricing structure and exec relationships, comp package doesn't incentive you at all. I believe things went down hill after PE purchased us
