Macro economic downturn and internal organizational changes (yearly territory changes) made it more difficult for AE’s to hit their numbers. However they have learned the lesson so the percentage will go up again moving forward

Absolutely clueless ELT who are driving the company into the ground. Morale is very low and apathy is high. Product is stale and only lip service given to improving. PE owned. That says it all.
