Well meaning company with a good mission. I enjoyed my time, and it's a great way to learn about the BDR role. The pace is fast, and sometimes decisions can be made a little too fast.

MedTrainer follows a hire-and-fire approach for BDRs. The advertised “BDR Academy” lacks structure most reps receive little to no ramp support. Marketing drives outbound through ABM, but targeting is inconsistent and often outside the ICP. Inbound leads account for the majority of demos. Absolutely horrible, they do not care about BDR's at all. They have a horrible training program, they will not support you at all. When you ask for help they say "just do better". You should run from this opportunity at all costs. They flash the quota payment in your face and leave you with no means to achieve it.
