There can be good energy and flow to the role. The grind is real and there seems to be a systemic process to weed people out as promotion positions are few. The majority are not making quota despite following training to a T.

This is a revolving door company. They were not honest when I interviewed about turnover. A very few number of reps are hitting their quota and it’s the same ones month after month. Please reach out to current reps for honest feedback on current quota attainment.

Absolutely horrible, they do not care about BDR's at all. They have a horrible training program, they will not support you at all. When you ask for help they say "just do better". You should run from this opportunity at all costs. They flash the quota payment in your face and leave you with no means to achieve it.
