Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Medtronic is too focused on diversity and inclusion and not focused enough on profits. Our incentive plan does not motivate reps. We are underpaid and overworked. Doctors love us and we have great relationships, but there are more lucrative roles available with less stress. Our team is too lean yet expected to cover every surgery. We are encouraged to not even take paternity leave.
