Medtronic is too focused on diversity and inclusion and not focused enough on profits. Our incentive plan does not motivate reps. We are underpaid and overworked. Doctors love us and we have great relationships, but there are more lucrative roles available with less stress. Our team is too lean yet expected to cover every surgery. We are encouraged to not even take paternity leave.

The company is very understanding and family oriented. Flexible hours the team is willing to help you learn and help you get better with your job management. Will always be there for you if you have any questions or concerns.
