My overall experience with Meltwater is positive. The career growth at an early stage allow you to manage and oversee a team within a few years. On the other hand, the company is very sales/numbers driven and is not able to inspire employees for long term commitment.

No training. Cut throat environment with poor hiring initiatives. Unrealistic day to day KPIs with management clearly favoriting certain employees over others. If you don’t perform after 2 months, expect a PIP.
