Current Employee Near impossible to CONSISTENTLY hit quotas. Even top dogs average 50-70% quota attainment. Meltwater is currently owned by Private Equity, resulting in ambitiously stretched growth targets.
Additionally, competitive differentiators across the industry are getting narrower. Feels like many competitors are just a few updates or features away from capturing market share.
It’s a great company, with brilliant people, leadership, culture, and product teams, but I do think it’s a challenging space in H2 2025.
Expect to not hit quotas consistently and simply come to terms with that.
