You could join this organization in mid-market and maybe make some decent money with a lot of outbound grinding and high levels of enthusiasm for the product. If your looking for mentorship, L&D, and visionary leadership I'd recommend going to another company.

Expect to be underpaid,and have absolutely no boundaries between your personal and professional lives.
