It’s the best company I have worked at so far in my sales career. It’s a channel role so your partners are huge. They do all the lead generation for you. The goal is to cross and upsell the customers. The product is pretty high end. The OTE is below market average, but if you pass your number the bonus is pretty high. The hardest part is getting promoted and that’s why 80% of the people leave within 5 years. You kind of get stuck, and then you start looking around.

Good place to start in tech sales. Wouldn’t recommend to someone who’s been in the industry for a while this role is a stepping stone to either move to greater Cisco or get a job at another tech company that pays more. They have great learning and enablement. Leadership / management is 50/50 good and bad.

My overall experience was positive here. The opportunity for growth was certainly there and there was no shortage of leads. Quota would be achieved and if they weren't, management was there to help.
