Your performance overall goes unnoticed and unrewarded. The company simply is looking at the bottom line and making decisions that way. This makes it extremely difficult to do business and negotiate with potential customers.

I’m working in SMC Biz Apps. The GTM and industry POV is entirely partner driven in SMC. Hard to run a deal using internal resources. Low pressure sales environment. Lots of internal noise. Great comp model. This is a rest and vest company vs grind and grow your skills.
