The experience with Microsoft was not as what I expected however overall, it was great to work there and gain more tech experience and get to know some wonderful people.

Working at Microsoft has been awesome the last 2 years - that said, with the recent cuts and shift in business model for mid market - the future is in doubt. I have serious concerns our leaders truly understand what reps need to win and what it takes to keep talent in place. Proceeding with caution.
