Every Account Manager I know hits target. I've been at companies where reps have the potential to earn huge amounts. The ceiling at Mimecast is somewhat lower, but the % of reps hitting target is higher and the culture is very good. New leadership changes has brought innovation with recent acquisitions

Company was an amazing place to be a few years ago with a big focus on growth and development. Over the last year a lot has changed, many strong people have left and the company is constantly asking sales to pivot to something new or change focus, which makes things feel unorganized and inconsistent. Great company going through changes. They are trying to adapt to the Microsoft's and Proofpoints of the World. The culture has been great, but more emphasis on metrics and some top down pressure. I still believe this is a great company.
