Great company going through changes. They are trying to adapt to the Microsoft's and Proofpoints of the World. The culture has been great, but more emphasis on metrics and some top down pressure. I still believe this is a great company.

Every Account Manager I know hits target. I've been at companies where reps have the potential to earn huge amounts. The ceiling at Mimecast is somewhat lower, but the % of reps hitting target is higher and the culture is very good. New leadership changes has brought innovation with recent acquisitions

Mimecast has stalled on tangible innovation and spent last year trying to fix that. Its TBD if the efforts are going to work or if being a pioneer in Human Risk Management is going to falter for being too niche. Is Mimecast a bad solution or market fit?
