Current Employee Company was an amazing place to be a few years ago with a big focus on growth and development. Over the last year a lot has changed, many strong people have left and the company is constantly asking sales to pivot to something new or change focus, which makes things feel unorganized and inconsistent. That said, there are still a lot of great people and the day to day culture is generally positive, which makes the shift feel disappointing.
