Mimecast has stalled on tangible innovation and spent last year trying to fix that. Its TBD if the efforts are going to work or if being a pioneer in Human Risk Management is going to falter for being too niche. Is Mimecast a bad solution or market fit? No, it does okay and fits great with many use cases. It was a year of realigning goals and i think that took focus away from a lot of proactive selling motions.

The company has a lot of work to do in specific territories. Some territories are much stronger than other giving some teams heavy advantages over other.
