Distracted while trying to be acquired, Mimecast missed the opportunity to invest in future capabilities and the AI wave. Consequently, many customers increasingly question the value of retaining Minecast, especially when faced by a roadmap of empty promises over an extended period. Pay/compensation is market competitive. Learning and development are weak for both product (relating to value/ROI) and general professional skills. Business leaders are supportive and drive a sense of team. There is definitely a clique culture which results in high staff turnover. Good

Great company going through changes. They are trying to adapt to the Microsoft's and Proofpoints of the World. The culture has been great, but more emphasis on metrics and some top down pressure. I still believe this is a great company.

The company has made some great strides to make their employees heard and do something positive with the feedback given. We are definitely in a transition phase though as a ton of our senior leadership has turned over and everyone is still figuring out which ideas they can run with… will have to wait and see how leadership comes together and moves the company...Read More
