Overall very positive experience, great product market fit, brand name is well known very reasonable chance at attaining quota and surpassing OTE.

My experience at Mimecast was incredible. The executive leadership team and CEO shaped the company culture & performance with sincere & honest guidance. The technology fit & timing was impeccable which made for higher closing rates & deal sizes.

Great company going through changes. They are trying to adapt to the Microsoft's and Proofpoints of the World. The culture has been great, but more emphasis on metrics and some top down pressure. I still believe this is a great company.

The company has a lot of work to do in specific territories. Some territories are much stronger than other giving some teams heavy advantages over other.
