Current Employee …a mix of growth and challenge. I appreciated the opportunity to work with a product that truly has strong market fit—Miro adds real value for collaborative teams, and that made conversations with prospects and customers more meaningful.
However, I felt the organization could do more in the areas of diversity and inclusion, especially around ensuring underrepresented voices are heard, supported, and developed. At times, I felt disconnected or underrepresented, and I think that’s an area where Miro has room to improve.
Overall, I value the experience and the people I worked with, and I've learned a lot that I’ll carry forward in my career.
