Current Employee Miro has been on a steep decline through the past years. Culture is toxic, too much micro management and no clear strategy. It's just "let's ride the ai/agentic wave". Not more than that. Admittedly some really great functionality is being developed, but no focus on value. Former Employee Miro is Great company great culture would recommend it for sure
