Current Employee Horrible place to work. No raises, constant cuts. Sales leaders are micromanagers and abusive. Product is old and antiquated. Client base has a group that meets to discuss how to deal with the organization because the product is simply that bad! Purchased by PE and went private- RSUs taken away and no “replacement” incentives added. Basically, executive leadership believes you should be happy with Udemy license and a few bogus “rah-rah” Town Halls where leaders talk at you with toxic positivity. Lying to clients about “new products” is encouraged to close deals- pressure is immense and there is truly nothing to sell that actually works because the base code hasn’t been updated in at least 10 years.
It’s a terrible place which missed the boat when migrating from On-Prem to SaaS as they did NO innovation. PE will squeeze every client they can for a dollar with insane renewal “uplifts”.
The role is now called GAM (Global Account Managers). All the current sales team members were hired to be either RSM or CSM, you were forced to take the new role or get out. Workload is unmanageable. Comp plan constantly cut. Do NOT work here! Every rep is miserable. Browse Other Reviews
