My direct leadership is trying hard but typically powerless at the mercy of the leadership from the US. Various plans and promises were not kept. The money is okay at best considering the constant pressure and long hours.

Current Employee3.9Jul 25, 2025A lot of leaders have left in the past months, there was also a lay off of the whole enterprise acquisition team, and expenses have now been extremely limited. Still a great place to learn but you can feel the motivation isn’t what it used to be. Comp plans have also become much more difficult.
