Great path for success but the way Mongo pays out has gotten worse and worse over the years. It’s a consumption model so it can take forever to get paid out

Overall, CS leadership seems out of touch with IC needs/sentiment. Many looking to leave now that stock price drop has removed golden handcuffs.
