It’s a hard market to sell into. Very competitive. MongoDB has a differentiated product, but that doesn’t make it easy to convince developers and leaders.

MongoDB is well suited in the market, has a strong sales-led culture, and a strong brand within engineering (and sales) ecosystems. They gone through quite a bit of sales leadership change within the past 12 months. They also haven't nailed quotas or their bonus structure this FY which has pushed many senior reps away.
