When the economy took a downturn in beginning of 2023, they began “restructuring” and making it harder to achieve quota which instead of doing layoffs, they got people to organically quit. Great business decision honestly. The ones of us that are left are struggling for the most part.

Promotions are harder , comp plan continuously changes and the new 30% of the complain which is called team quota basically if the team doesn’t achieve their target you are paid less even if you do your part just doesn’t make sense at all!!
