For smart hard working people starting their career MongoDB is a great place to work, you can grow and learn a lot if you decide it so, the more effort you put, you get involve in more complex and interesting accounts and deals, there is always opportunities to keep expanding you expertise on the technical side or on the business/sales side. Nevertheless you’ll end up taking responsibilities of more senior roles without the compensation of it, which is sustainable for a while but there is no clear criteria to promotion.

It is a great place to learn and grow, product is still great with a great community, has become political and takes the enjoyment from the day-to-day. Would recommend to go and learn, and build MEDPICC out and best practices, but it will take a lot of discipliné and effort to survive
