Current Employee At lower levels, culture is forced upon you. You either bite your tongue and abide or get managed out (get well plan, which is an opportunity for you to right your wrong before a PIP - which many folks have survived). Culture meaning hitting your metrics for success, running the sales process as they've designed it and generally not having the political ignorance of a fresh grad.
