It was a rough ride. Changes are lingering everywhere, at any time: teams, managers, target accounts, GTM strategy. Great earning potential, but it's a difficult sell to whitespace strategic accounts. Amazing product and supportive colleagues/leadership, but high expectations that are difficult to fulfil.

Good product, great enablement, interesting space. From timing perspective, doesn’t feel like a good time to be at the company. Restructuring and quite layoffs within the organization, high pressure environment, QBR’s that are not actually making anyone better, metrics obsession I haven’t seen in any other company and I think it’s hurting the culture and business....Read More

I enjoyed working as an ADR at MongoDB. The opportunity to learn and grow is second to none. Compensation is comparatively low and patch/partnership affect earning potential more than they should in some cases.
