Highly dependent on region, rep and RD. If you are supporting good reps in a good region then you can do very well, otherwise you're going to struggle.

I've had a lot of success at MongoDB as an ADR and see a great trajectory for my career. The comp plan has changed for the worse over the past year and has driven a lot of people away.
