Great experience from a development and learning about the technology standpoint. However, quota attainment is dependent on your territory, which can lengthen the time it takes to get promoted. This may lead to demotivation for some before they are moved to a more fruitful territory where their efforts can be rewarded.

Very new to the role, however it has been a great place to make friends, learn, be challenged, grow, and have fun while doing it. The product, enablement, and culture is top shelf

I don't recommend working at MongoDB, compensation plans changed a lot, it is not money worthy anymore as it used to be, it is micromanaged and there is no work life balance. Plus, restructurations every year with silent layoff.
