Extremely poor management and culture. No training whatsoever, and a very "old boys club" feel. Product is way too expensive, and there are several open-souce/cheaper products available, so closing larger deals has become much harder. Territories were completely slashed and prospecting/outreach abilities were severely limited by cutting our technology stack... and if all that wasn't enough, the quotas are sky high and the average basket size continues to shrink.

Not that great. Management does not seem to be able to align with the reality of what the customers need and can afford. The way that Monotype wants to collect revenue makes you feel more like a debt collector than a salesperson.
