Beware the corporate sales team. The GTM strategy was rushed and they over hired reps with little to no inbound demand for their product suite. The worst part, HR is offering new reps 50/50 base commission split when that is not true. You will get the base but OTE commission will be less than half what was agreed on. Hiring managers do not verify the numbers HR is giving out.

Overall, the experience was disappointing. You can earn and individual performance and talent resources are like anywhere else. I led the team on new business but they way commissions earned are paid out you're waiting 90+ days. That assumes during that time an account inherited doesn't cancel. Get in with the cool kids and that's only half the battle.
