Current Employee Motive has been an incredible place to work and grow my career with. The people are incredible and I'm super thankful for the opportunities given. I'd love to continue to grow with this company, but I feel that some things are a bit concerning -
The market competition is tight and Motive needs to invest in it's product, as competition has closed a lot of the gaps on the product -- making it tough to sell on value/differentiators.
Recently, it has also been a struggle due to little to no support from outbound / inbound lead assistance. Basically completely self-sourcing everything at this point to hit numbers. Little to no help at all (seems that the lead distribution may be uneven). Due to a slim pipeline, you have to be extremely effective with the deals you have.
Overall - a great team and culture and pay! But... major strides need to made with product, lead gen / marketing, and account quality / distribution, to set the sales team up for success long term.
