The culture is not healthy and you do not have any potential of growing in the Organisation, professionally. The Higher Management is Narcissistic and the Company pays very poor Salaries.

Current Employee3.3Apr 22, 2025Inbounds are all controlled by Director who hand picks who will receive them. KPI's they use to determine whose on the inbound round robin are not upheld like they say they would. Very subjective.
