My overall experience was difficult. There is not a clear direction for a sales person at Motive and they changed the structure without having clear expectations for the roles. Motive use to be a great place to work. They have begun to undergo many changes starting with the commercial segment as a test and working up market. All cmrl reps were split into new logo or manage existing business. If you were told to go existing business you did not have a choice and they have now implemented a cards spend quota.
