this place makes you do so much bs outside of doing your job. All managers micromanage and you have no life. This place sucks don't come here

Motive use to be a great place to work. They have begun to undergo many changes starting with the commercial segment as a test and working up market. All cmrl reps were split into new logo or manage existing business. If you were told to go existing business you did not have a choice and they have now implemented a cards spend quota.
