Former Employee Was merged into Motorola when they acquired Pelco. Local team in Australia was excellent and direct level managers were fantastic. Had migration issues with products but had been improving after a while. Senior management responsible for Video Security are very detached and reactive. Business restructured frequently and micro managing started creeping in. Overall though a fairly enjoyable role if you are in the right products division and the comp plan doesn’t change mid-way through some long term deals that you’re working on as they don’t have any support there if they change the goal posts and you lose out.
