It was good for the market that I was in. Industry has lots of ups and downs and left when market was down. Put in the grind and the role is very rewarding but not a ton of transferable skills that will boost your resume

Mr. Cooper is a great overall company to work for. However, they have a lot of micro mangers and the lead flow has suffered drastically lately. Causing a lot of stress between management and sales agents.

The company culture changed drastically from end of 2021 to end of 2023. Much more cutthroat, much less work life balance. The pay is pretty good and there are still two days a week at home.
