Good company, great product, but very expensive hence hard sell. Sales cycles are long, commission structure not the best.

Everything good about Mulesoft from when they were independent is gone. R&D hasn't kept up with pure-play vendors, which are more straightforward to use and manage. Poor leadership with a strong bias towards people who transfer in from other Salesforce BUs. They offer high OTEs, but very few hit their number by design, as the territories have been cut back too far...Read More
