Absolutely awful. Emotionally scarred. They change their strategy every year, changing promotion criteria is one thing but with their new hub model has meant hard working colleagues are ‘in between’ and aren’t eligible for promotion. Success completely down to territory, not talent related. I know reps who are stuck and their only choice is to quit. Org recognises...Read More
