Mulesoft is past its glory days and is rapidly shrinking territories, raising quotas and losing platform differentiation. I do not recommend you join at this point as all of the money making territories are hoarded by a select few and there’s a revolving door of commercial and ent territories where reps join then get fired quickly

Good to date, onboarding has been messy and not really relevant. Could do with more on the job training. A big part of your job is building relationships with other AE's in Salesforce who think they own accounts.

MuleSoft reps are primes but are treated as overlays and culturally you will be blocked out of deals and favor will be given to the core salesforce reps. Additionally there's an inside team that snakes every deal under $150,000 and produces no deals on their own. It's very frustrating but it is what it is. Good opportunities here if you can get through the headaches
