Current Employee3.1Nov 17, 2023Great product, diverse teams, learning and development needs more work
Current Employee2.6Apr 24, 2024Lots of competition and uncertainty to hit quotas, top of the funnel is lacking. The business 3x'd their sales teams, 1.6x'd targets but lead flow has stalled (less than before). The market and industry will tell for what to expect, but there are competitors struggling as well.

Current Employee3.4Dec 12, 2023It's a start up so A LOT of growing pains mixed in with cross-communication in different time zones can create very early mornings and late evenings trying to close deals. The job is not for the faint of heart. EOR is a very messy business. It takes time to sell it but can be rewarding if you push through.

Former Employee3.4Mar 3, 2024company scaling too fast and not enough leadership. Great product, but no real trust in their workers to do their jobs.
