Current Employee3.4Dec 12, 2023It's a start up so A LOT of growing pains mixed in with cross-communication in different time zones can create very early mornings and late evenings trying to close deals. The job is not for the faint of heart. EOR is a very messy business. It takes time to sell it but can be rewarding if you push through.

Former Employee3.6Nov 21, 2023The company is awesome and I will definetly consider joining them again in the future. They are in a place right now where they are unsure of which process works best and they are experimenting with many things which is making things difficult. Everyone I worked with were decent people, only the process needs some work.

Former Employee3.4Mar 3, 2024company scaling too fast and not enough leadership. Great product, but no real trust in their workers to do their jobs.
