My overall experience was not good. Fear tactics and toxic leadership that is clueless. I had a slower Q1 as I was taking over a territory that had very limited activity for over a year. Was able to build up a pipeline that was over 5 times my Q1 quota but deals push. Was immediately threatened with a PIP...Beginning of Q2 I doubled my quota and had plenty left for Q3. Still threaten to perform or be put on a PIP. Ended up quitting despite hitting Q2 and Q3 quota

Within a year, approximately 35% of the sales force left. Despite the great quality of the products and the exceptional qualities of the team members, the management practices and attitudes were inadequate, leading to a substantial number of departures.
