Great place to start your sales career, but not a place you stay for more than ~3-4 years. Leadership and culture was mostly supportive. However, product does not compete in marketplace. Navex doesn't invest enough in R&D. Customers always complaining about feature limitations or outdated interface/courseware. Always losing deals due to competitors offering more for less money. Additionally, farmer roles (which is majority of AE positions) have become more support/retention tech's due to other departments falling short. I was spending 40% of my time trying to keep customers from hating Navex. Makes for a difficult selling environment.

Good and bad, but I’ve learned a lot in my first AE role, having worked in small business (under 1k employees) and mid market (1k-6k employees). Product is a bit outdated and overpriced. We lose to others who have a sleeker look and feel and slightly lower price. Compliance has taken a back seat with some organizations, which has been a struggle.

Great place to work, had amazing training and access to career progression. Constantly promoted from within. Fantastic place to accelerate your career. Drawback was pay, always felt low compared to market average and lack of equity. Worth ignoring if you want to fast track your career though.
